1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? 
He has spent the last 30 years in the IT Industry and is currently just doing some freelance work. His last full time role was with XXXX as a Director where he took care of the Google IT operations for the APAC region. He was mostly doing IT service delivery manager, IT manager type of roles before; one was with XXXX as an IT Manager where he worked with XXXX related matters with a team of professional IT people. He was also an IT Team Lead for XXXX where he led regional enterprise IT managed services for their clients. Before this, he was doing mostly technical roles such as IT Consultant, IT Engineer, and Helpdesk Engineer/Lead. He started his career with more technically-inclined roles such as Technical Support and Engineering then gradually moved his way up to management.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? 
Strongest skill would be his management skills either people or projects. He is focused more on leadership and management side of things for the past few years so this would be the career path he prefers to continue. The biggest team size he has handled so far is almost 80 people.
