He is a Singapore-based fintech individual with over 7 years of experience in embedded finance, digital payments, and regional market expansion. He is recently a Regional Business Development Lead at a fintech-as-a-service platform, they are responsible for launching new markets across Southeast Asia and the Middle East including Malaysia, Indonesia, and the UAE. His role involves building strategic partnerships, supporting licensing efforts, and aligning product localization with regulatory frameworks. Previously, he worked with a cross-border payments startup where they led the rollout of digital wallet and payout solutions in the GCC and SE Asia. Earlier in his career, he served as a market analyst at a consulting firm focusing on fintech strategy and regulatory research. Across all roles, he has demonstrated a strong ability to bridge product, compliance, and commercial functions in high-growth environments.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his ability to lead fintech market expansion in license-sensitive and highly regulated environments. He specializes in launching B2B fintech products particulary e-KYC solutions and incentive-based platforms such as cashback and employee rewards. He is also effective in navigating early-stage market entry, identifying local partners, intepreting regulatory landscapes, and shaping go-to-market strategies that are both compliant and commercially viable.

He has direct experience with fintech products such as e-KYC, cashback, and rewards type of products. He is also familar with regulatory and licensing processes in several regions especially Singapore and SE Asia. He has proven ability to support international expansion through market research, partner development, and compliance alignment. Has strong cross-functional collaboration as well with product, legal, and commercial teams.
