He brings over 6 years of experience across fintech, banking, as well as automotive sales; he has a strong focus on card operation, client servicing, and strategic sales execution. He is currently with XXXX as a Sales Marketing Operations Executive which is a car leasing and sales company, where he manages both sales and operations, as well as some marketing and advertising on their social media to entice customers and to be able to execute sales technique. They usually engage with customers via social media advertising and marketing; on the other side, he’s involved on the operation side where he handles finance, building, and general operations of the company. Previously, he was with XXXX which is a leading cross-border payment company, where he led the card operation initiatives, managed disputes, optimized fund flows, and drove platform engagement as well. One of his key contributions there was to build the funds recovering process all the way from scratch; they managed to recover about 1M Singapore dollars from cardholders and he also implemented automated refund workflows, critical internal suspension accounts, and such, to ensure financial tracking accuracy and compliance. Strongest skill would be doing sales and client-facing roles since he has gained good experience in this area for the past 6 years now; also has gained good knowledge of the fintech, payment industry which he can also leverage as one of his strengths. He can work cross-functionally with different teams such as technical teams, compliance, product, and customer experience team to cultivate strong sales and client engagement, mainly B2B and bit of B2C as well.

He has strong experience within the fintech and payment industries, mainly B2B, and has done close to 2 years of pure sales as well in this area. He previously worked with a global cross-border payment company so he is knowledgeable with fintech, payment, and has experience with digital e-wallets at the same time. He can work comfortably within a remote setting and startup environment and has established network within the fintech sector as well.
