He is a business development professional with over 7 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in the loyalty, CRM, and retail tech space. He is currently working with a regional loyalty platform where they have successfully onboarded over 100 small businesses, including coffee shops, small restaurants, salons, and gyms, onto a mobile-first loyalty solution. He has also built their outbound sales strategy targeting digitally underserved service providers while collaborating with the product team to refine app UX based on merchant feedback. Before this, he held a sales role at a POS and loyalty startup, and a telco-backed tech reseller, where he focused on selling bundled digital tools to SMEs and franchise groups. His career has been rooted in helping service-based businesses modernize their customer engagement strategies through accessible, cloud-based platforms.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his ability to build trust and drive adoption of loyalty solutions among small business owners through consultative, relationship-based sales. He specializes in grassroots sales strategies such as cold visits, on-site demos, and merchant onboarding, and has a deep understanding of the operational needs of SMEs as well in the F&B, hospitality, and service sectors.
