1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She is currently working with XXXX as a Regional Sales Director where she is involved with selling solutions primarily rewards platform or can be customized and use for different use cases as well such as employee engagement, channel partners, sales incentives, or even customer/consumer rewards. She has been selling to all clients across industries including banking and financial services, FMCG, and has converted about 4-5 accounts already in a span of few months. Before this, she was with XXXX where her tech experience started; she led the SaaS sales for the APAC region for a rewards platform, API integration of the rewards catalogue, as well as employee engagement platform to their clients; the company was later on acquired by XXXX. She has also sold a loyalty program for that company for the whole of 2024 to banking clients, airlines, petroleum and gas, and such. She has a mix ability of solution sales, SaaS sales, mostly within subscription model, and focused on the SaaS revenue as well. Most of her career before these two companies are focused on the media, advertising, and creative aspects and she was mostly taking care of the marketing side, budgets through media, and creative strategic approach for clients.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be the mix of her sales skill, client management skills, and people management skills as well. Being on the field of sales, she is good with working across divisions within the organization as well as with clients; she had to persistently convince multiple hierarchy within client’s organization especially when it comes to SaaS solutions. On top of that, she has project management skills and can manage projects end-to-end while managing client’s expectations.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She has more than 18 years of experience in doing sales and account management altogether mainly within the media, advertising, and creative; but for the last 3+ years, she has also been into IT/SaaS, focused mainly on rewards/loyalty type of platform for variety of sectors. Some of the clients she has worked with before includes banking, financial, FMCG, and others. Apart from that, she has a book of clients/contacts already in Singapore that she can reach out to and leverage for her next job if ever.
