1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She is currently a SAP Consultant with more than seven years of experience across leading Korean IT firms. She began with XXXX as a Data Migration Specialist where she worked with SAP tools such as LSMW and TDMS, mainly involved with financial and banking-related projects. After that, she moved to XXXX, which is her current company, and worked on several S/4HANA transition and landscape optimization projects for the same sector (finance, banking, fintech). Most recently, she worked on a SAP channel partner and took responsibility for guiding selective migration projects, conducting workshops with clients, and ensuring smooth delivery in collaboration with global project managers as well. Her career has been a balance of technical and functional SAP exposure, and she’s now motivated to work for global clients.
2. What skill(s)/experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skills would be SAP data migration, S/4HANA transitions, and landscape transformation. Technically, she is proficient with SAP data models, ABAP debugging, and ETL methods. She also has extensive experience in managing end-to-end SAP projects and guiding clients through complex migration decisions. On the other hand, her soft skills include excellent communication, problem-solving, and strong collaboration in multicultural teams.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She has more than 7 years of experience with SAP, has been a consultant ever since, and has completed more than 4 SAP project lifecycles. She’s great with migration tools, has participated in SLO and SDT projects, and has also been within the financial, banking, fintech, and related sectors so she is comfortable working on the same area if given the chance.
