1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She has studied French language and literature in Korea and then Hospitality Management in Australia, as well as Information System. Then after her graduation, she worked as a Customer Service Representative for XXXX where she handled mostly mobile phones and PCs. After that, she worked with Emirates Airline for about 10 years before going back to Korea and working with XXXX as a Manager of International Business Department where she communicated with overseas partners mainly within the trading industry. She mainly built her career in customer service and BPO, customer contact center industry; also has other work experience including marketing and sales. Her last role was with XXXX as a Delivery Project Executive where she served as the leader of the account and was the key person for communication of contact and client, also she was the one making decisions regarding everything about the contact center; she mainly handled tech products in that role.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be identifying problems and developing resolutions for those problems. She has great communication skills as well, delivery of projects, and making all parties understand all details of the projects. Aside from that, she’s involved with the financials of the business, contact center operation, decision-making as well as KPI management.
