1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He graduated with Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering in Information Technology. After his graduation, he joined XXXX since he was selected in their internship program; he joined them as an FTTH Engineer where he supported the implementation of FTTH projects, managed topology design, and acquired lots of knowledge/experience about telecommunication and technology management. After that, he joined XXXX as a Client Systems Administrator where he supported end-users with technical service, implemented and configured IT infrastructure projects for clients and also managed some Infrastructure projects for the organization. He acquired lots of knowledge in that company with regards to large infrastructure upgrades and transitioning from on-premise servers to hybrid cloud environment for improvement of system performance, reducing of down-time and enhancement of their security. He moved to South Korea to study his Master’s Degree in Business Management Administration and also did several certifications.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his expertise in cloud computing technologies especially Microsoft Azure cloud; he also is good with system administration and in supporting end-users would be his first priority in any of his job. On top of that, he has great communication skills that he can leverage within internal or external teams and stakeholders.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has about 5 years of experience in handing IT Infrastructure projects starting from his first job to his previous one; he handled data center build outs and migration there, moving on-premise servers to hybrid cloud ones. He managed about 3 projects in his first job and about 2 projects in his previous role, all related to IT Infrastructure. He also has great knowledge of server infrastructure, firewall, networking, and data center technology since he has been involved with them for about 5 years now. Exposed and very familiar with ISO 27001 and other cybersecurity standards. Has worked for different domains including financial services, internet or IT services, and others.
