He has over 12 years of IT consulting experience, including more than six years dedicated to SAP transformation. He began his career at XXXX as a Data Migration Manager, leading projects for large Korean enterprises transitioning to S/4HANA. He then joined XXXX as a Principal Consultant, where he oversaw several M&A-related SLO and SDT projects, guiding client stakeholders through complex system separations and migrations. His last role was a Regional SAP Transformation Lead at XXXX, where he managed multiple country-level SAP programs and ensured delivery excellence all throughout their projects. He is capable of both technical solutioning and executive-level stakeholder engagement roles at this point in time.
2. What skill(s)/experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
His strongest skill would be leadership in SAP program delivery, solution architecture, and large-scale transformation projects. He is highly experienced in SAP data models, SLO/SDT methods, and SAP landscape management since he has been doing this for many years now. Apart from that, he has great strategic leadership, communication, and client relationship-building skills that he has acquired from all of his previous roles. Some of his achievements includes leading a multinational SDT migration program for a Korean conglomerate that was delivered on time and resulted in significant operational efficiencies.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has over a decade of IT experience, with 6+ years within SAP transformation focus; also has more than 5 SAP lifecycles that he has led so far. He is strong with S/4HANA, M&A projects, and SAP migration tools that directly aligns with the need of the client. He also has manage regional teams and deliver large-scale programs across borders that makes him an excellent candidate for the role.
