1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is an American citizen but was born in Korea so he speaks both language fluently. He is currently with an ecommerce company and functions as a QC and Project Manager where he works on ecommerce-related projects. Previously, he was with XXXX in Korea as a Project Manager (20%) and Customer Success Manager (80%) where he handled EdTech SaaS platforms for lots of universities and institutions in Korea; handled both revenue and profit management, team management, and others. Before this, he was with XXXX as a Senior Infra Project Manager where he was involved in leading the IT infrastructure team in providing infrastructure readiness for new XXXX headquarters in Silicon Valley. He was mainly serving as Project Manager as well for his previous roles within banking and other sectors.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be both project management and customer success management since he has been doing both for the whole of his career; he started doing CSM function for the last 4-5 years so he has good grasp of the role already. He spends lots of efforts in order to keep the business relationship with their clients good and strong.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has more than 4-5 years of experience in doing customer success function, along side IT project management. Since he’s currently in an ecommerce company, he also has knowledge of the industry already as well as strong experience with SaaS and B2B environments from his previous roles. He is good with managing portfolios and was able to successfully manage 21-22 accounts on his previous role with Anthology.
