1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is currently holding both Technical Account Manager and CSM position in XXXX where he holds customer pools and accounts; he supports other CSMs or other sales for any initial technical inquiries or any onboarding as well as technical meetings. They are having an IT monitoring product, which is very similar to Datadog, that serves as a monitoring tool for their customer’s IT environment; majority of his clients in this company is coming from the commerce side who has online malls in Korea but has customers from other industries as well since he is in charge of global customers, that includes telecommunication, banking, and such. Before this, he was doing Sales with XXXX where he engaged and managed clients with their AI solution, also was a Business Development Consultant for XXXX prior to that where he was involved in driving their business growth and increased market share for Oracle Cloud Services.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his communication skills; he has done sales for a long time and has good grasp of both technical and business side so he can communicate with their customers and also internally for any technical requirement or issue. Apart from that, his bilingual skills has helped him a lot being in a global business setting. In terms of his target, he has renewal rates and upsell/cross sell targets, as well as revenue KPI of about $25M USD upsells a year; he is currently on track and has exceeded this number for this year, also is on safe with his churn rate.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has about 3 years of experience in customer success management and more than 7 years of overall experience in sales and business development. Apart from that, he has worked mainly on B2B setting within ecommerce and SaaS/software type of solutions; he has lots of customers currently that are providing or related to ecommerce in Korea so he can work in the same space if ever since he has an established network already. Currently, he has about 40 accounts under his name and about 50-60 including major enterprise customers from his global work.
