1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Most of her experience is within payment companies, as well as PSPs, wallets, and crypto as mainly Business Development Manager. She started her career with XXXX which is a Crypto Media company where she has been working as a Sr. Business Development Manager and involved with public relations and communication manager as well; she increased their monthly sales there through establishment of strategic partnership relations with crypto projects. She also worked with XXXX which is an e-wallet company, as a Business Development Manager managing cashback execution, settlement, reporting, and account management as well across affiliate platforms. In these roles, she had to do different function such as bit of relationship management, sales management, and also bit of project management with iGaming and high risk businesses such as Forex, mainly B2B and bit of B2C. She is now with XXXX and initially joined them as a Sales Executive but later on joined Business Development department as she is more exposed to that. Her daily role there includes finding new payment providers, see how they can collaborate and integrate if everything aligns with the strategy.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be partnerships within cross culture since she has been working with variety of teams and clients, mainly from Europe. She considers herself strong with cross-culture management and of course, doing sales and business development.
