1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She worked in Singapore for about 5 years before coming back to Korea in 2022, has about 9 years of professional experience in different industries such as government, FMCG, and IT. She started as a recruiter then moved to B2C customer service with XXXX where she connected customers from wide range including US, UK, ANZ, and Korea as well. After that, she moved to B2B client success and joined XXXX as a Business Development manager; she mostly worked with key partner sellers and distributors in Korea and APAC. She is now with XXXX as a Client Success Specialist where she does general troubleshooting on clients’ queries, complaints, and in charge of client onboarding as well with new or existing clients. They have several applications and solutions such as assistance app, web portal for client, travel tracker, and medical and security alerts across the world; they are mostly cohesive systems.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be her client-facing roles, handling communication with clients on a day-to-day basis, also contributed to retention of clients, can do upsell/cross sell from their current subscription, and also worked abroad previously so can collaborate with global teams confidently. On top of that, she has great familiarity with CRMs like Salesforce, SAP, and the likes.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Has about 4-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles including customer services advisor, business development manager, and now a client success specialist; mainly for the IT/Tech space and services different industry depending on their client. Currently, she’s handling over 50 accounts since she’s overseeing both Korea and Australia accounts at the same time.
