1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Her last position was with XXXX as a Search Operations Team Lead where she led about 20+ team members who were specialized in search engines in XXXX, both in Korea and Asia Pacific. Before this, she was involved in two areas including project management field and customer relations. She has worked with XXXX as a Project Manager where they supported 24 Asian countries to provide their clients with high quality network connectivity and help them foster their research and education projects. Prior to that, she worked with XXXX, mainly involved with XXXX and XXXX platform, where she delivered projects to them and implement features for better user experience in their platforms. She started her customer experience with XXXX Japan as a Client Services Account Manager where she handled different accounts from various industries including one from hospitality, airlines, and apparels; she managed the localization of their websites and such.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be her fluent communication skills with various stakeholders; since she worked as a client success manager previously, she can intermediate and connect clients to their internal translation team to carry out their requirements. Aside from that, as a project manager, she is good with implementation, closing each projects, and making sure everything will be delivered on time. On top of that, she has the tendency to always deliver her best and exceed client’s expectations, has performed this on her previous roles and clients.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She has 3-4 years of experience in customer-facing function such as Client Services Account Manager, Project Management, and Customer Services as well. In terms of the industry, she has worked with various areas such as hotels, apparels/clothing, luxury, and airlines; she will be comfortable working with ecommerce and retail sectors as well. Previously, she handled about 4 accounts in different sectors; also worked in Japan for few years so she’s good with collaborating with international teams.
