1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She is currently working with XXXX, which is a research firm, as a Customer Success Manager. She is supporting client segmentations such as public institution, financial firm, and IT vendors as well; she is in-charge of functional coordination across APAC using Korean, Chinese, and Japanese language as well. They have several products in this company and they are mostly subscription-based for their clients; on a daily basis, she is managing their clients’ inquiries, arrange calls and meetings as well with them. Before this, she was working at XXXX where she served as an Executive Assistant and Japanese-Chinese interpreter for Japan’s Head of Production.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be her communication skills since she can communicate effectively both internally and externally. As a Customer Success Manager, she is also doing cross-selling and upselling every now and then with their clients; she is the first local CSM in her current company so she has worked with APAC and worldwide team to establish the local CSM process.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She has about 4 years of experience now doing customer success management, mainly within market intelligence and research domain. She is familiar with SaaS solutions, and also has worked with other industries so can explore ecommerce or retail as well if given the chance. Can handle local and international teams and has been handling local portfolios in current company.
