She is currently in Korea and was in French before working with different companies. She is currently doing freelancing and helps different companies to grow in internet such as ecommerce, health market, and other sectors mainly companies coming from French. Also worked with another company where she created Google ads for them, coached them on how to run their ads and management offers; also offers different services such as SEO, SEM, SEA, and such. Previously, she was with XXXX as a Customer Success Manager for a SaaS platform, where she worked closely with managers, C-level executives, and such for different strategies; the tool she handled back then is an HR SaaS tool for managing people and manpower for big companies. She also was a Customer Success Manager for XXXX where she worked with customers who wants to digitalize all their information and files; she managed their issues about tools, worked closely with developers, and worked with a big customer as well during that time that made about 10M EUR ARR with an HR tool. On the earlier years of her career, she used to travel and worked with XXXX as well as Google Ads expert.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be digital marketing and her expertise with Google Ads since she used to work for different companies in the ecommerce and other markets. Sher’s also good with making customers happy and building the trust with them as well by providing the best resolutions, transparency, and such.

She has about 4+ years of customer success management experience and has been involved with SaaS platforms related to HR department mainly. She’s also good with marketing campaigns, advertising strategies, and proficient with SEO, SEM, etc. Familiar with B2B environments and has worked on SaaS for ecommerce, HR, and different sectors. Also good with handling multiple accounts and has previously achieved 10M EUR ARR and 2M EUR ARR for her past two consecutive companies.
