1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He started his career with XXXX where he worked as a Manager and has implemented lots of Oracle ERP projects, also maintained Oracle ERP systems; he worked with lots of XXXX products such as electronics, displays, and others as well in that company. After that, he moved to XXXX where he also supported Oracle ERP as well as financial modules for about five years before moving to XXXX itself as an Implementation Success Manager and Customer Success Manager; during that time, he was involved mainly with SaaS cloud project implementations. He also worked with XXXX as an IT Application Manager where he worked with stakeholders in gathering requirements, proposing solutions, and deploy business strategies; he led and managed SAP, SaaS systems, and ERP Finance reports type of projects during that time. He is now with XXXX as a Senior Customer Success Manager where he is engaged with about 19 accounts and managed them on retention and expansion area; he engages with a customer on a monthly or quarterly basis and update them about their products, success plans, and potential business collaborations, he also offers expansion add-on packages with them. Their customers/clients are coming from different areas including electronics, crypto gaming, finance, and such.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his strategic communication skills as it’s an essential skill to have as a customer-facing person. He can rate himself a 4 out of 5 when it comes to being a customer success manager since he has been doing this already for more than 6 years. Some of his biggest achievements includes keeping the retention rate for last year and expansion on crypto as well. He recently led a $56K upsell with one of their longstanding major account in Korea.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Has about 6-8 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager for the IT/Tech space; mainly handled SaaS, CRM, Customer Support platforms and the likes. He is open for the ecommerce or retail industry as well; has done lots of cross sell and upsell to their clients so that wouldn’t be a problem. Aside from that, he has proven experience in handling multiple accounts and getting success from them. He can work from home and work with a distributed team globally as well.
