1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She has been working in the semiconductor industry since 2012 as a Customer Service or Sales Admin. Currently, she’s with XXXX, which is a global chemistry company, as a Customer Service Representative where she handles bank notes for orders and customer POs, also manage the whole process of the supply chain. On a daily basis, she take POs and input them to the system for order management (Oracle system), handles delivery to the customers, and follow up transactions; she’s also the one issuing the electronic tax invoices to their customer sites.
Before this, she was with XXXX and XXXX as a Sales Administration Manager where she supported the field sales representative; she checks with them regarding customer forecast and input those data to the systems to track revenue and stage revenue reports. In XXXX, she also helped them set up their office locally in Korea, since there were no HR or Finance person back then yet, she kind of took care of the general support and office management as well.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be her well-organized characteristics and she’s good with multitasking as well and making priorities on a daily basis. She also has great dedication with her work, and can be willing to help in every aspect even though it’s not her job or her responsibility. Lastly, she is quite open-minded and friendly, so she’s confident in interacting easily with people. Industry-wise, she is strongest with the semiconductor space since she has been working in this space for more than 10 years now.
‘3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She has more than 5 years of experience in doing sales, and can do account management as well if ever; she hasn’t directly handled audio product but she has sold/managed semiconductor products instead. Most of the clients in her portfolio are international companies such as the US and APAC (Japan). She’s proficient with Microsoft Office tools and has used Oracle systems for sales management, also familiar with SAP systems.
