1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Her overall career is focused on advertising and operations, so she’s quite familiar with disciplined situations and unfamiliar business situations. She started her career with XXXX as an Account Coordinator where she supported account managers then moved to XXXX where she practiced her hospitality educational background and IT experience; she started with them as a Lodging Partner Associate III, then moved to became a Product Analyst and spent more than a year of Client Success Management with them as well. During that time, she launched a digital advertising campaign using on/off-site marketing solutions to boost awareness/conversion of hotel brands, destination marketing organizations, airlines, and finance clients across APAC; she managed about 30+ campaigns back then. Her last role was with XXXX as an APAC Senior Account Manager where she managed her own clientele, checked out performance data of the company, the trend of advertising, budget, spending, and such, then find some unexpected behavior or highlights/lowlights in those trends so she can create a strategic plan to implement for her clients. Also meet ups regularly with her clients to talk about their advertisement plan, performance, and build long-lasting relationships.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skills would be her stress management skill and personality since she’s good with managing expectations within herself and her client. Apart from that, she’s great with collaborating with teams especially marketing, operations, support, and others to be able to create sales; proficient with building great relationship with teams and clients as well. One of the biggest accounts she handled was for a top beauty retailer in Korea, they wanted to spread out across the world so she helped them build their reputation, awareness, and growth in a global scale; generating about 1M USD within a week for them by promoting their seasonal sales.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She has more than 2+ years of experience in customer success management and global account management as well; mostly worked with the tourism industry including airlines, hotel brands, destination organizations, and recently with fashion, beauty brands, and some cybersecurity accounts as well. She is an ecommerce seller herself so she’s familiar with this sector and knows the ins and outs of it; also aware of software and SaaS platforms on a B2B setting.
