1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has been working as a CSM for XXXX for about a year now, he was originally from the Client Engineering team where he did lots of POCs with clients and did lots of presales. Since he’s doing CSM, he’s focused on post sales mainly with AI products and GenAI-related stuff; he is creating and maintaining good relationship with their customers and do lots of technical support for them as well in the actual deployment stage. Apart from that, he’s also focused on the renewal of contracts, expansion of contracts, and involved with roadmaps as well of different products. In summary, his role consists of about 40% building good relationships with clients, 40% focused on the product itself such as XXXX/IT products, and 20% is teaming with different department for a successful deal.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his passion to continuously learn something new either technical or industry knowledge. Apart from that, he’s good with teaming up with clients, with other internal departments, and also skills in business writing, making presentation, and such. Also, he has good skillset in programming and is knowledgeable with C++ and Python.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has almost 2 years of experience in customer success/client engineering mainly handling AI/LLM and SaaS products for his current company; he manages lots of accounts that bought their SaaS cloud, around 30+ accounts. He also has worked with president of universities, governor of state, and such so he can confidently speak with higher management or C-level executives as well.
