1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She has several experiences in client relations and customer success, that being said, she has honed her expertise in digital marketing as well as client strategy development and cross-functional collaborations. Her most recent role was with XXXX as an Associate Customer Success Manager where she managed high-value marketing portfolios, led webinars, and optimize e-mail and SMS marketing strategies for their clients. She also worked closely with product managers, engineers, and other marketing teams throughout the company to help their clients develop brand awareness, brand consistency across all their platforms, as well as develop cohesive and data-driven marketing strategies. During that time, she led countless presentations, managed customer escalations, and conducted detailed analytics for each portfolio as well. Before this, she was with XXXX as a Client Success Partner where she had the opportunity to work in different department within CS; she helped their clients integrate their app for all of their commercial buildings and helped lead them off into integration as well such as connecting with their hardware team, integration/implementation manager, and help them throughout their client journey within the first 90 days.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be her expertise with lots of customers in the ecommerce platform. She has experience with small businesses and bigger companies at the same time, both in B2B and B2C models. On top of that, she had a portfolio of high-value customers so her recurring monthly revenue was around $1M; she was able to handle high-profile customers, small businesses, and has lots of diversity when it comes to building relationships with clients.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She has been doing customer and client success for about 3-4+ years now and has been involved with both B2B and B2C environments; she has worked with small businesses for customers and also businesses who are marketing towards other businesses. She also had ecommerce platform experience during her previous role and can confidently work on the same sector if ever; has proven ability to handle high-profile portfolio and was handling about 700 accounts previously.
