She is currently working with XXXX as a Business Development Manager, Sales Development where she handles SAP Korea, Malaysia, and APAC regions. She has reached about 140% KPI in Q1 and about 190% in Q2 so she’s pretty confident in achieving and exceeding targets for her next jobs. She also collaborates with cross-regional teams to maintain service request quality and optimize customer experience in this company. Prior to this, she was with XXXX as a Customer Success Associate where she handled SaaS onboarding & support to their clients, tailored solutions depending on their needs, and facilitated the platform adoption as well through specific processes; during that time, she has increased average client revenue by 20% and cost efficiency by 30%. She was also an Account Executive for XXXX for few months where she led digital ad campaigns and managed healthcare Youtube channel for their company. She started her career as a Sales Representative with XXXX where she managed relationships with over 90 business partners, about 25 key accounts, and contributed a lot to their annual sales.

Strongest skill would be end-to-end process of the business especially during her time with previous company; she had a good understanding back then of the whole SME business process, marketing, and such. Apart from that, she’s good with building and maintaining relationships, considers this an essential skill or personality to have particularly in doing customer success.

Has almost 2 years of experience in customer success and has good experience with SaaS platforms and tech applications/systems during her experience with last two companies. Apart from that, she’s good with building relationships and has proven success in retention, increasing revenue, and other factors that contribute to the company’s growth. Has exposure/knowledge to marketing but is more on sales and account management.
