1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is currently working with XXXX as a Customer Success Manager where he builds strong relationship with his clients, make up selling opportunity to them. He’s also involved with presales meetings, in giving suggestions, and solutions as well; their current solutions is a data user behaviour analytics solutions, it’s a SaaS solution mostly for ecommerce or gaming sectors. He is currently handling about 14+ gaming companies as well on top of that, and has led SaaS onboarding, event tracking policy, and data migration for them as well. Before this, he worked with different clients and roles including marketing, relationship management, data analyst, and AI researcher as well for different companies.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his ability to understand their clients’ pain points, their requirements, and what they need as a resolution. He is also good with upselling and cross selling to his clients within different industries. Experienced with B2B SaaS, data analytics, and project management as well across different APAC regions.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Has about 1 ½ years of experience doing customer success for his current company and believes he can do more customer success related roles; he has experience working with SaaS solutions and ecommerce clients as well so he can leverage for his next job. Has proven experience in handling multiple accounts so will not be a problem if ever.
