He has over 6 years of experience in B2B and client-side operation. He’s currently a Customer Success Manager for XXXX which is a digital marketing platform, he is responsible there for customer relationship management, guide the partners and clients from onboarding, resolve any issues within the platform, and basically he’s the point-of-contact between company and clients. He also handles various issues and accidents within the solution, suggesting better solutions depending on business goals and needs especially within digital marketing, and do product/business reviews as well every quarter. Prior to that, he was working with XXXX and was in-charge of managing 15 different accounts; aside from that, he was also involved with reviewing applications that developer submits to check if there’s any policy violations or issues. He started with a Contractual Account Executive role for XXXX where he handled mostly electronics, retail, and consumer products.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his expertise in partner consulting since he has been doing this throughout his whole career; he has mostly done B2B in the IT industry and have operated partner platforms, also has took charge of different accounts so he’s also strong with account management and client consulting. In terms of the industry, they are currently having ecommerce, airlines, and SMEs; he’s mostly taking care of enterprise level of clients.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has been doing customer success and account management for more than 6 years now and is also involved with contract renewals and upselling. He has experience presenting to C-levels from different clients and since he is currently with a digital marketing platform company, he’s very familiar with SEO, SEM, digital marketing, and other relevant areas. Strongest with MarTech SaaS within ecommerce, retail, airline, and SMEs which he believes he can leverage for this next role. His latest account in current company was a home shopping company based in South Korea and helped them with tailoring their digital marketing platform. As per his achievements, during his stay in his current role, he has a proven record of high retention rate with clients as well.
