1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She is currently working as a Category Manager for electronic category in specific. Her main role is to manage and source new products, new sellers, and make sure that they have enough and attractive product portfolio; she’s also managing the promotion campaign planning, make sure their products stay competitive in the market. She started in this company from the ground up and built their pipeline, who to target to, and such. Previously, she was working in global IT B2B setting including XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX, even XXXX where she worked with partners who resell the product of their company; she helped managed their sales performance and make sure they understand the program. On operation perspectives, she also had to guide them with any bottlenecks and close the deal.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be relationship management since all throughout her career she has been working with either partner or sellers, and external clients in general. She is also good with managing the relationships that can be in favor of the brand or company she’s working for. Apart from that, she has great data skillset and is always data-driven with her approaches. Lastly, she has a huge interest in SaaS ecosystem and can leverage this for her next job.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She’s currently a category manager and her tasks has lots of similarity to a sales/customer success manager, such as managing 100+ sellers, etc. Also can work on an ecommerce or retail environment since she’s working on one; also very interested with SaaS platforms so can be comfortable with that. She has been mainly into B2B setting before so she can use that experience for this job if ever. Apart from that, she has grown her current company’s category to about 4 and the current one she’s working for has been the fastest growing category within six months.
