1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She has been working with XXXX as a Senior Customer Success Manager for almost 2 years now, she’s mainly responsible there for helping customers familiarize with their system, expand accounts globally, and build engagement with them as well; aside from that, she’s also doing both upselling and cross-selling. Their main product or solution in XXXX is to provide service to customers who doesn’t have entity in South Korea, companies who want to provide statutory benefits to their team members. She started off with more hospitality-related roles and then moved to XXXX as an Account Manager for 8 years where she was responsible for leading the Seoul team and managed top partners for the company, mostly handling direct accounts and hotels in Seoul.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be her people skills; she can be confident in talking and facing new people being an account manager and customer success manager for many years now. She is good with approaching new people, gain trust, and build relationships with them as well. Aside from that, she’s a great problem-solver and is very open for constructive feedbacks.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She has almost 10 years of experience as an Account Manager for an IT company and an EOR company. Most of her experiences is within the internet platform areas in doing sales, account management, customer satisfaction, and some business development as well. She’s willing to learn and adapt the needful pharmaceutical-related stuff and can be flexible in learning the SaaS solution as well.
