1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is currently working with XXXX as the Senior Vice President of Business Development where they provide financial education, asset management, and tailored advisory services to their clients. Before this, he was with XXXX as a CX Operation Leader where he was in-charge of the three biggest accounts in Korea in the industry of payments and IT service; he was also handling the KPIs back then, implementation for their product development, operation excellence, as well as profit and growth. He also worked with XXXX for a few years as a Board/Business Advisor where he oversaw all digital customer happiness functions in both Korea and Japan, including transformation to new digital channels. Had a short stint with XXXX and few years with XXXX as well, where he served as the Customer Service Team Lead from being a Customer Service Senior Executive. He started his career with the hospitality and F&B industry.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skills would be his people skills and negotiation skills since he has been practicing those for many years now. He’s good with driving KPIs as well for him and the team, implementations, and decision-making as someone who handles peoples and accounts. His current target for this year is about 200M USD which he is targeting himself together with a team of 20 people under him.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Has about 5 years of experience with customer success or customer-related roles; although he has always been a customer-facing people from his experience in the hospitality and F&B. He has experience with XXXX which is one of the largest retail and ecommerce company worldwide, along with other luxury brands in Korea and Japan. Most of his experience is B2B and B2C and has great experience delivering client-focused solutions while managing projects and accounts.
