1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She has worked as a Customer Success Manager for more than 10 years for IT companies. Her last role was with XXXX as a Senior Customer Success Manager for APAC where she’s involved with IT observability solution; they detect problems and let customers know the issue to be reviewed and has worked with major MNCs in South Korea such as Samsung, Hyundai, LG, and so on. Before this, she was with XXXX as a Customer Success Manager where she was involved in handling learning software and platforms, mainly SaaS type of programs; she was also a Regional Account Executive for them and handled global clients.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be customer success management since she likes to genuinely help companies and people to grow and succeed. Her industry background is more on IT, HR, and Education platforms so she prefers to stick in those industries but is open for any other industries in the market. Her renewal KPI is about 92% and above, so far she has always achieved her KPIs back in Dynatrace; previously in GlobalEnglish, she has renewal quota as well as new clients’ quota which she was always achieving in a quarterly basis. To some extent, she is involved with upselling and cross selling with customers together with their account executives.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She has more than 13 years of experience in doing customer success management for the IT and SaaS industry; she was mainly involved in platforms for IT, HR, and Education sectors. Most of her roles are also B2B so she’s well-versed with this environment. Apart from that, she is open to work in an ecommerce and retail sector and has the ability to handle multiple accounts; she was handling more than 30 accounts in her latest company and was also handling global clients and contracts from her previous company including ones from pharmaceutical, manufacturing, IT, and more.
