1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He started his career with XXXX as an Associate IT Consultant for almost 2 years then got an opportunity from XXXX as a Sales Representative and Account Manager where he had lots of achievement during his whole stay there. After some time, he joined XXXX as an Account Executive where he was the very first person in Korea to construct the basic structure of the customer success while being a customer success representative himself. He was tied with five other sales representative in Korea and he has been supporting them as well as the actual customers and clients. He also worked with XXXX as a Customer Success Manager and also with XXXX as a Customer Success Executive where he handled thousands of reports that is crucial to technology companies such as Samsung, LG, and Hyundai, as well as financial companies for their financial reports.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be customer engagement since he has been working as a customer success manager and sales representative all throughout his career; he’s great with managing relationships between company and customers/clients.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has about 7 years of experience now within sales, account management, and also customer success. Mostly working for financial companies and IT/tech companies, mainly data-related, SaaS solutions. He’s also quite familiar with different marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, digital marketing, and such. Has experience handling multiple accounts and portfolio from previous roles.
