1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Most of his experiences are spent overseas and he has spent about 10 years in India, 2 years in Vietnam, and so. His last role was with XXXX in India as a Regional Client Development Manager where he developed and managed client portfolios across India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka; he also handled high-profile accounts including Hyundai Motor, Samsung, LG, and SK. Before this, he was with XXXX as the Head of Sales & Business Development where he grew inland transportation and warehouse operations mainly for automotive clients such as Hyundai and Kia; he was the one developing new business opportunities as well in the non-automotive sector. He also worked in Vietnam and his last role there was with XXXX as the Korean Business Development Manager where he sold tailored logistics and supply chain services and product across different industries. His career is basically focused on chemicals, manufacturing, and also automotive partners; his experience is also in the field of global account management, handling customers that needs supply chain services, and be involved with the final delivery as well in regions including India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and nearby regions.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his diverse expertise in chemical, manufacturing, and industries he has been with before. He also has multicultural knowledge and experience having been assigned to roles outside Korea; and lastly, doing sales and business development would be his strongest core skills as well.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has more than 15 years of experience being involved in the sales, account management, and business development side of things in different industries; he’s open to try ecommerce and retail as well if given the chance. He is proficient in handling multiple accounts and portfolio since he has done this for his previous companies, within different regions in APAC. Also familiar with the B2B environment so he can be in that same working model if ever.
