He is currently a Partner Success Manager at XXXX where he’s responsible for software onboarding and adoption for partners, basically enabling them to drive adoption for customers. Before that, he worked as a Customer Success Manager for XXXX where he took ownership of customer’s adoption of CDP as well as develop and leverage reports, dashboards, and data to summarize customer engagements and statues for the company. He also was a Technical Account Manager/Support Specialist for XXXX, Customer Success Manager in XXXX, Customer Service Rep in XXXX as well as did presales and tech support on the earlier years of his career. Pretty much of the products or services he has handled is 70% software and 30% hardware; mainly cloud products such as PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, and such.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his customer managing skills as well as partner management skills since he has already started working with partners for the past few months. He is not deeply involved on the technical side but he has functioned as a project manager before so he has the relevant skillsets as well.
