1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She started her career with a Korean cosmetics company where she focused in doing overseas sales then moved to the IT sector, joined XXXX as a Global Account Manager where she was involved with their own marketing tool; she was mainly doing business development and account management for them, handle everything such as business portfolio, meetings, onboarding, and post-sales services such as resolving of issues within product, and such. After that, she took up a role as a Customer Success Manager for XXXX, it was an advertising analytics tool and marketing tool, where she worked on the success stories of their customers/clients; she also helped on the onboarding of their customers, handled every issues that needed to be resolved, retention part, and collaborated with different teams as well. Then she served as an Account Manager for XXXX where she basically performed all account management-related works, attended business meetings, presented products, and handle customers as well. A part of her work includes doing customer success management as well; she did lots of proposal back then, launch of products, and collaborating closely with developers. As an Account Manager, she also was involved with lots of business meetings, presentation of products, and retention handling.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skills would be her strong communication skills and ability to speak different languages; she has good understanding of different cultures that she can leverage when facing different customers. Has great exposure of handling complicated requests and resolving them efficiently. Her targets/KPIs include retention rate of about 80% as well as renewals of contracts.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She has about 3 years of accumulated experience now with customer success management and account management for 8+ years now. She has a great network within ecommerce and retailers when she worked with XXXX since their platform is focused more on the retailer side; also have a small amount of clients coming from the ecommerce during her time with XXXX. Most of her experience is B2B and has great exposure with SaaS platforms as well; currently handles about 5 accounts in her portfolio and is confident to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
