1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She is currently working with XXXX as a Customer Success Manager where she worked with new customers from the sales team, be involved with onboarding session, and take care of their customers as well periodically. She is also involved with adoption sessions and managing their customers on how to utilize their services; they try to optimize their services and convince clients/customers to renew their services. And since they are a cybersecurity cloud service, most of their customers require troubleshooting issues and she’s always prepared if there are any necessary engagement needed from the CS team such as expediting the case issues, harmonize with internal resources, and such. She is currently handling about 23 customers at the moment, covering both small to mid-sized companies on top of enterprise customers. Before this, she had experience with XXXX as a Renewal Manager, Sales where she mainly handled enterprise accounts and clients.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be her diverse experience in sales, account/renewal management, as well as customer success management especially within the IT industry. She can also say she’s great with picking up points, quicker than most of the others, and also can easily get along with teams.
