1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She is currently working with XXXX as a Europe Trade Lane Sales where she’s mostly responsible for hunting clients and developing relationship with them, she’s handling usually European accounts with international collaborators on Korea pharma industry, retail, and automotive as well. She is also responsible for setting up meeting with clients either online or face-to-face, quotations, and collaboration with internal teams in operations and customer services both locally and abroad. As of this point, she has more extensive client success experience with a major luxury and premium French retail company where she has worked on a freight and warehousing services, import and export freight for fashion goods as well as storing and distribution services. Before this, she was with XXXX as a Community Manager where it was more of a marketing background job. Started off with XXXX , another pharmaceutical company, as a Digital Analyst where she was involved in CRM and KPI analysis for digital activities for their commercial team and clients.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be her multicultural background since she can adjust to work with different person, with different mind-set and type of professionality. On top of that, she is good with hunting and creating new business, mostly handling European accounts with local teams in Korea.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She has about 3+ years of experience being a customer-facing person, started with marketing-related and now into hunting and business development. Apart from that, she has over a year and a half of experience now in doing customer success. Has great experience with commerce, retail, and pharmaceutical industries as well; currently handling about 15 accounts. Can also speak Korean in advanced professional level so wouldn’t be a problem communicating to local clients.
