Her previous role is with XXXX as a Japan Account Manager where she handled and sold chemical used for thin filming within the semiconductor industries; she has managed accounts including XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX in Korea. Before that, she was with XXXX in Seoul as an Account Manager where she handled Japan accounts such XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX; mainly selling TV Panels and handling customer needs/issues about products, delivery, and more. Before that, she lived in Japan where she worked as a Process Manager/Product Manager for XXXX, a semiconductor company, and managed sales and profit plans for the company; she planned marketing campaigns for them and has built, developed strong relationships with their suppliers. Most of her experience is relevant to the Japan market so she is confident to work in a similar environment; comfortable working with Japanese clients and customers.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be her deep knowledge and experience with both the Japan and Korean market; she’s good with handling brand accounts, building relationships with Japanese and Korean customers/suppliers. She has mainly done customer and client-facing roles so she has built her skills in that area as well. In terms of industry, she’s strong with the semiconductor and electronics industry.
During her time with previous company, they started with just one customer when she joined but later on, she helped them grew their portfolio and managed to onboard XXXX, one of the biggest companies within the semiconductor space; they got several projects from them and contributed a revenue of about 2B KRW in 2024 to 6B KRW in 2025. Back in XXXX, she increased their total annual sales to about 1B USD.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She has more than 5 years of sales and account management experience, mostly B2B but can convert her skills into B2C model as well. She would be open to handle audio-related products as well, including luxury speakers and amplifiers; she did have a strong experience with semiconductor and consumer electronics area. Strong with managing multiple accounts and have multiple big accounts in her previous portfolio. Well-versed with both Korean and Japan market, and proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and SAP.
