She has worked with marketing business and currently working as an Account Manager for XXXX where she have to deal with internal teams, clients, and team members as well. Her day-to-day includes managing the projects, making sure that every tasks are being completed on time, handle all the scheduling, delivery of projects, and providing feedbacks to clients as well. Before that, she was also a Consultant for them working with tractor manufacturer and medical companies. Before coming back to Korea, she was working in the US and Brazil remotely mostly for marketing designs and business field. She is coming from a Pharmaceutical Science background and also did Business and International Marketing for her Masters. - What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be her great adaptability skills to whatever industry she has joined with; she has worked in different cultures as well from different countries in a quick pace so she thinks she can adapt easily regardless. Also coming from the pharmaceutical background, she believes she can leverage that experience and her current one to contribute well in this position. - Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She has almost a year of experience in account management and over 10 years of experience with customer-facing roles being a consultant where she mostly communicates with team and clients; also involved in the project management part. She is coming from the pharmaceutical educational background as well so she has knowledge of different types of validation, also working on SaaS solutions in her current company; also works closely with their developers and knows how to manage and maintain their software/platforms.
