1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She has over 8 years of experience now and started doing sales then account management, and now into customer success roles. In her current role with XXXX as a Customer Success & Retention Manager, she’s responsible for building relationship with clients and helping small businesses be able to secure credit cards to help grow their business, as well as revenue and continuing to maintain/retain those customers to build long-term relationships with them. Her key role there is interacting with small business to even large scale companies with over 5M worth of their current company; her goal is to meet them and help them to find solutions for their financial needs, check in with them regularly to see if they’re happy or there’s anything they need. Apart from that, her ultimate goal is to be able to retain customers and continue to grow their portfolio, assist them to branch their business off, and such.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be her diversity when it comes to sales, communication, and being able to facilitate relationships with her clients; she started in doing sales, making her way up to account management, and then now into customer success so she’s good with understanding and finding their pain points, address their concerns, and onboard them to keep their business thriving. She’s also good with face to face customer service skills and considers her ability to make friendships and relationships as one of her biggest achievements all throughout her career.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Has been doing sales, account management, and customer success management for more than 9 years now; focused within SMB clients and even large scale companies on her current role. She also has experience with ecommerce during her time with a car dealership previously, where she got to meet with many different websites, build websites, platforms, as well as meeting with clienteles from the company. Also has marketing skills and exposed to doing different campaigns for autotraders, vehicles, and stuff; at the moment, she’s handing over 500 accounts so has proven ability to manage them successfully.
