He is a Strategic Sales Engineer with over 26 years of experience. Currently, he serves as a primary technical strategist, specializing in the Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange to help enterprise clients abandon legacy hardware in favor of a cloud-delivered security model. He is architecting secure access for global workforces, focusing on ZIA (Zscaler Internet Access) and ZPA (Zscaler Private Access) to eliminate the attack surface. And he acts as the “Technical Closer,” bridging the gap between complex C-suite security requirements and the implementation of scalable, high-performance cloud security policies. His career in the cloud was forged at Akamai, where he spent nearly a decade securing the “Edge” for the world’s most trafficked websites and applications. He developed and deployed architectures for WAF (Web Application Firewall), DDoS Mitigation, and Bot Management, ensuring maximum uptime and data integrity for global enterprises. And he leveraged Akamai’s global distributed platform to master the nuances of latency, content delivery, and the first wave of cloud-based security transformation. Before his cloud-specific focus, he served as a consultant for one of the APJ region’s premier SI (System Integration) firms. He is focused on Network Security Architecture, providing technical leadership for large-scale enterprise deployments and infrastructure modernization projects.

Recognized as an industry thought leader, he is a frequent presenter at major summits, including the AWS Summit in Korea, where he articulates the future of cloud-native defense. He is regularly interviewed by top-tier IT magazines, providing local and regional insights into solution trends and market shifts. And he acts as an “Instructor for the Instructors,” mentoring cloud architects on how to build resilient infrastructures that withstand the complexities of modern cyber threats. His career began 25 years ago in the “On-Premise Wire” era, where he was responsible for deploying foundational firewall systems across major ISP (Internet Service Provider) networks. While many are new to the cloud, he has spent over 15 years specialized in cloud security, providing him with a rare historical perspective on how architectures must evolve to stay ahead of attackers.
