He has over 4 years of experience in the industry and is originally from Syria. He completed his studies in Computer Science and started his career as a network engineer. He has around 2 years of experience as an IT Support Specialist, including 2 years in the UAE and about half a year in Syria. Earlier in his career, he also worked as a tester and had a short internship of about 4 months in front-end development. Currently, he is working as a Technical Support Specialist.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
His strongest skills are in troubleshooting both software and hardware, including working with VCs and laptops. He also has experience in networking, having trained for over 200 hours in CCNA and CCNP courses. - Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
In his current role, his responsibilities include managing technical issues related to software, operating systems, phones, and laptops, as well as providing support for vendors since the company operates in the delivery sector. He often visits vendors to provide training on using the systems for orders and transport processes. In addition, he handles customer service by responding to tickets and assisting users with application and website issues. He has worked with Windows, Mac OS, and Microsoft 365, and gained hands-on knowledge in managing domain controllers and Active Directory at a global level. He has also handled tasks similar to a basic system administrator role.
