    He has 6+ years of experience in the industry. He started his career in telesales at a call center working for a broker, which helped him enter the field and understand it better. Over time, he studied the industry in depth and realized it suited him well both financially and for his career growth. He later worked with a broker that evolved from an IB setup, but due to legal and operational issues, he decided to leave. After that, he worked independently as an IB with XXXX, which went well and helped him gain strong exposure. He then joined XXXX, where he gained his first prime brokerage experience, upgraded his client portfolio, and learned a lot. Due to ongoing server issues affecting clients, he moved to XXXX, where he was able to offer better trading conditions and grow more business. Then he moved on and joined XXXX where he was working at the moment.
  2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
    His strongest skills are product knowledge and networking. He believes that having a strong understanding of the product makes it easier for him to pitch it to clients. Networking plays a big role in his sales success, especially in the B2B market, where he achieved his targets and was a top performer in some months. He also considers managing an Expo in India as a key achievement. He was responsible for arranging and coordinating everything from the broker side and ensuring a good response from the event, which he feels was a strong contribution on his part.
  3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
    His clients are mixed, he has retail clients, IBs, and liquidity clients as well. Most of his clients are from the GCC, but he also has clients from Asia, including Southeast Asia, and some from Europe. He mainly handles B2B clients and provides liquidity to B2B partners, for example through XXXX.
