    He has over 15 years of experience in the industry. He was a licensed real estate agent approved by the Dubai government, where the license had to be renewed every year and he consistently maintained it. Later, he got an opportunity to move into the forex market, which is part of the financial services industry. He has worked with three companies in this field so far and is now planning to leave his current role. He feels the forex market itself is good, but the main issue has always been with the brokers. In the first company, client withdrawals got stuck, which caused serious frustration for clients and reflected badly on him, so he decided to leave. Unfortunately, after working for about two years in another company, the same issues happened again.
  2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
    His strongest skill is communication, and apart from that, he is very focused on building good relationships with clients. He believes in long-term relationships and does not want any client to feel unhappy.
