He is a Power Platform and Dynamics CRM developer from Hyderabad. At XXXX (May 2024 – Oct 2026) he worked as a techno-functional consultant on an on-premises Dynamics CRM at XXXX, an oil and gas company. The system manages customer complaints across business units (LPG, Retail, Aviation, Lubes, Natural Gas). He supported users, resolved tickets and troubleshooting issues, customised CRM entities, forms and workflows, and managed security roles. Before that he spent about two and a half years at XXXX (May 2021 – Jan 2024) as a Power Apps developer. He built Canvas apps, Power Automate flows and Dataverse and CRM solutions. Projects included a case management Canvas app embedded in Salesforce for XXXX, and a risk and spare-parts app for XXXX.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
His strongest area is the Microsoft Power Platform: Canvas apps, Power Automate and Dataverse, combined with Dynamics 365 CRM customisation (entities, forms, views, workflows, business rules, security roles and JavaScript). He also gained hands-on experience with Power Pages while preparing a client demo for XXXX, and has used Power BI for dashboards. He holds PL-400 and PL-900 certifications. His non-technical strengths are gathering requirements, working with project teams and supporting end users, plus the hiring and interviewing experience from his HR stint.
