1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has 8+ years of experience in the industry and worked mostly in the power domain, now he’s into single chain design. He started off as an Analog Designer in XXXX and worked on LDOs used for monitoring currents; he also led the design and development of LDO products from conception to Release-To-Market. After that, he joined XXXX as a Mixed Signal Analog Design Engineer where he is currently working on clock generators and clock path, 16nm FinFET and worked for the high-speed transceiver design; they worked on the clock path from one domain to other domain and the clock that he’s working on is mainly used for the multi-chip synchronization scheme, he also mentors two people on this.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be LDO bandgap references as well as DLL, clock paths, and mixed signals since he has been working with these technologies for the past 8+ years of his career. He also is great with analog circuit designing.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Has 8+ years of experience in doing analog circuits design, most of his work are around 8 GHz but would be okay with baseband from <1 GHz. He also has some experience with VLSI and microelectronics in his current company. Proficient with high-speed amplifiers and ADCs as well since he has been working on transceivers with these components. Knowledge with switch capacitors and pipeline DACs as well. He was involved in the whole product development cycle of their product in his last company, he was leading the team and also oversaw the whole cycle from conception to market release; he’s also doing this on his current company but not to the extent of full development cycle level since they are working on big chips there. Can lead a technical team and has handled 4 people before under him.
