1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He’s a techno-functional leader with 8.5 years of experience working on different area such as business analysis, IT consultancy, transformation consultancy, and currently project management. He has handled projects across North America, Europe, APAC, and Middle East mostly for global insurance clients. He started off his career with XXXX as an Associate Consultant where he mostly did digital transformation projects for clients including BRIT Insurance, CareFirst BCBS, and others. After that, he joined XXXX as a Consultant as well where he worked again on banking digital transformation and technology services projects, including AWS migration of on-premises hosted applications and infrastructure. He is currently with XXXX as a Manager, doing again digital transformation and project management. He’s involved with clients including Willis Towers Watson where he did business case analysis, requirements solicitation, project planning, project execution, change management, and others related to IT consulting part. He has been part of SharePoint migration as well, migrating their existing on-premise SharePoint farms and sites to online along with redeveloping the customized sites using PowerApps and Power platforms; he has migrated 30+ TB of their SharePoint data to online. He’s involved in multiple projects providing consulting services, managing projects from end-to-end, and change management perspective/stakeholder management as well.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be business analysis and being in a client-centric role, he is placed between the business teams and tech teams to understand what the business needs are. He’s great in making sure that they’re aligned with technical teams’ delivery. On top of that, he has great project management skillset from doing the planning to execution, team management, leadership, and looking over the technical delivery of projects up until its delivery to BAUs.
