1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has overall 15 years of work experience in the IAM field, mostly implementing solutions to customers within the banking industry. He initially implemented solutions using OIM for a few companies back in India; after some time, he relocated to the US and has been using Ping since he have multiple certifications specific to products of Ping Identity including PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory, and PingOne Da Vinci. Recently, he has cleared his CISM certification as well on top of his Microsoft SC300 Certification.
His last role was with XXXX as a Professional & Managed Services Engineer; they were a platinum partner for Ping Identity and Sailpoint and got two separate divisions such as managed services and professional services. His role there has been an individual contributor role and was partly overlapping between the two divisions; his responsibility was completely into CIAM (Customer Identity Access Management). They have multiple customers back then onboarded into the company’s environment and he was the one ensuring that they are doing good, don’t have any issues, and all; also involved with onboarding new applications as part of regular maintenance and regular business processes. During his time there, he got the chance to learn different skills, implemented new technologies to multiple customers, and so on.
His first assignment in the US was with XXXX, through XXXX, as an Operations Lead where he headed the operations for Ping. Then after that, he did a contractor role with XXXX, heading a part of their engineering team handling PingFederate and PingAccess; he did that for XXXX as well although his role there was only limited.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his ability to be a great team player; he believes he can blend into any type of role given to him. He has the experience of handling operations, contributing individually, and even working in a group so his strength is accommodating himself in any given role. He also carries a vast knowledge and experience with IAM, multiple products such as Ping ones, and so on.
