He is from Myanmar and he studied in China for 3 years and he has graduated and he is now in Dubai and he helps in handling customer complaints and help in assisting customers in their concerns.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
His skills is that he is organized and is very good in organizing. He is also skilled in helping customers fix their concerns.
3. In his previous work, he was screening incoming calls and serves as first line of customer support and escalate the critical issues to senior manager for further check. He also attends client appointments to provide accurate consecutive translations of conversations between members.
4. He also handle all the customer complaints regarding the exchange and refund according to the company policy that they follow and so that they could also build customer loyalty.
