Since he was the Scrum Master that time, he handled two teams: community and implementation team; his specific tasks back then includes facilitating all scrum events, backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and more.

Strongest skill would be project management or being a Scrum Master since he considers himself good with understanding the scope, what needs to be delivered, what are the resources needed, how it’s going to be planned, how many members will it take to finish the project, and so on. Second thing would be team building, he’s good with making sure he works efficiently with different teams in multiple organization; also knows how to build a team with transparency and adaptation between team members. Lastly, he thinks one of his biggest strength would be time management and being able to delivery projects/products just in time; he’s good with planning his tasks and responsibilities as well.
