1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She is currently working with XXXX as an AI engineer where she’s involved with deploying, monitoring, designing, and building of AI solutions while connecting it with API databases: FastAPI, MCP, and more; has also worked on evaluation, testing, and production deployment as well. She has also done a few projects including recommendation engine, staff scheduling, web scraping, and a few more where she was in-charge of getting the data information, understanding the workflow of the clients, designing the architecture, then adding the agent architecture/tools, start connecting it with API or database according to the requirement, and proceed with the monitoring and deployment. For every project, she has become comfortable in using AI assistant deployment and is good with using AI for building AI solutions.
Previously, she was with XXXX as an AI Engineer where she used to do No-Code agentic services; they have built a few solutions using n8n and autonomous workflow applications. She started with an internship in India, with AI & ML as a focus, and led a 5-member team raising their model accuracy to about 20% through feature engineering and cutting issue resolution time by 30% with AI-assisted debugging.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be her fast-learning skills; she had no professional experience when she came to the UAE but got a job within a month and adapted on things easily. She’s also good with working in a team and adjust to the working environment. When it comes to the technical side of things, she’s proficient with Python, Tesseract, and Java at some points; she has exposure to both hands-on coding and no-code development, also good with debugging, implementation, monitoring, and testing through Claude.
One of her favourite projects was the Menu Management project from her last role; she learned a new method that time because of the process and eventually came up with something that gave him 15 to 20 more points when it comes to accuracy.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She has over a year of experience as an AI Engineer and considers herself strong with APIs, CRM integrations, webhooks, and even workflow automations; she did a Staff Scheduling agent previously that automatically schedules stuff through writing natural language rather than doing it manually. She’s familiar with ElevenLabs and Synthflow; has been involved with a Voice AI project specifically a speech-to-text and sentimental analysis where her agent was converting calls and recordings to text, she did that effectively with voice AI agents. She is proficient with understanding the business requirements and tailoring a solution fit for her clients. Comfortable working with a startup as long as there is someone much senior than her to mentor her on things.
