1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He graduated as a Computer Science Engineering from India and has performed a six-month internship in XXXX where he did a lot of machine learning. Later on, he moved to a Telecom company, XXXX and joined as an AI/ML Engineer under the Research & Development team; they have two stages of work in the company, one is providing design and plans to the construction of telecom designs and the other one is evaluating those works. His role and responsibility in this company is to monitor the production flows, workflows, and try to automate majority of the workflows as well. He has two major projects he developed himself, one being the Work Claim project which reduced the man hours from 300+ hours to 30+ hours only by automating the process and the other one was an Agentic AI workflow system; he has also performed many personal initiatives like voice assistance, ElevenLabs, Salesforce, and more. Right now, they have 24 members working under the R&D team, all based in India.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his great grasp with modern analysis, tackling problems, and solving them effectively, apart from his coding knowledge. As an engineer, he believes it’s important to think clearly, critically, and also out of the box when building solutions for their clients. He has a lot of cloud exposure and also uses Python on a regular basis.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has almost 3 years of experience now within AI and ML engineering. Has great hands-on with APIs, webhooks, and doing CRM integrations as well; he has worked extensively with conversational AIs (chat bots) and has personal project experience with Voice AI using VAPI and ElevenLabs, later on integrating it into a CRM. Has exposure with getting business requirements from clients and then transforming them into efficient AI solutions for them as well.
