He has over 13 years of IT infrastructure experience, he holds a master’s degree in computer science and certifications like Microsoft Certified Azure. Starting as a computer engineer in India in 2010, he joined XXXX’s after a year and a half. Since 2013, he has been the Country IT Manager for XXXX’s in Oman, overseeing IT infrastructure for retail stores, the supply chain center, and the head office to ensure smooth operations and support.
2.What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
His core expertise is in managing the entire IT infrastructure, including server and Windows Server administration, IT security, and network management. At XXXX’s, he led over 10 internal projects, such as implementing ERP systems, an online ordering platform, and a digital transformation. He also oversaw the implementation of e-wallets, fleet management systems, and web ordering portal integrations with ERP systems, demonstrating broad technical management skills.
